Based on availability I may or may not be able to accommodate your specific requests for coaching, nutrition plans, or workout programming. I book my clients on a first come first serve basis and only take on clients who are motivated and looking to make a change in their lives.

Also – I would like to add that ALL of my programming and nutrition planning are SPECIFIC to meet your needs and goals. I DO NOT and WILL NOT use cookie cutter programming like most of the online “coaches” I’ve seen offering services. I do believe you can get results from cookie cutter programming but I DO NOT think it is the best path to meet your individual goals.
